Speaker 2:Welcome back America to First Lead you. My is John Ballinger and, uh, we're doing a little promo dropping between now and March 5th, which was when we'll start the next season, the third season of first lead you, and I got to tell you I'm excited. I loved hearing that music in my ear. Um, it means we're closer to launching season three. Uh, there's been a lot of work put on behind the scenes, uh, to get season three, because we started trying to figure out like what, what's next, what's season three look like, based on comments that we've had out of first and second seasons, as well as interaction we've had with businesses and leadership and leadership development in a in a wide range of industries and people, and so we're looking forward to that, and a lot of it has to is going to have to do with, uh, the next phase of leadership development for learning to lead yourself, and so obstacles we've we've heard a lot of people had.
Speaker 2:A lot of people ask us so how do I continue to? Not only ask us, so how do I continue to not only just start, but how do I improve? It's kind of like going to the gym and getting that first mile in, and if you stayed off of it for three weeks. You'd have to go back to the gym and get that first mile in again. Well, a lot of season three is going to be about. You got to start and you got to continue in order to develop yourself. You can't just go dark for weeks at a time. So look forward to a season three and helping you learn to first lead. We'll see you next time.
